ConferenceComplete™ is an Association Event Management Software package providing complete management of events from attendee registration to assignment of vendor/provider tasks.

Web Access

  • Attendees may register and pay online for the conference, sessions, meals and other conference activities.
  • Payments are web secure and independent of the shared data base eliminating the need to store attendee credit card information reducing liability.
  • Non member attendee information can be incorporated into the data base for membership marketing opportunities.

Session Management

  • Features provide all speaker information including fees, meal selection, audio visual requirements, minimum/maximum number of registrants, room requirements and other session specific data.
  • Exhibitor, Advertiser, Sponsor and Vendor data can be integrated to the package.
  • All attendee web entered registration and session selections will update the appropriate fields in the data base providing a real time snap shot of total event status for staff and executive personnel.

Financial Management

  • Invoicing and Receivables, Third Party Payments and Expenses are standard features.

Reports

  • A full set of reports will be created for easy access and viewing.
  • Includes full sets of financial reports, attendance rosters, name badges, mailing labels, certificates, and confirmation letters.
  • A custom report feature is also available.

Single Point of Entry

  • Full range of import/export capabilities.
  • Database design provides a single point of entry allowing all member and legislative data to be shared with other applications such as MembersComplete™.
